Just spent 2 hours on the phone with Verizon and blackberry. All they could suggest was a hard reset. Documents to go is completly gone. Its not on the storm in applications or on the desktop under application loader. How do I get it back?

You have to reload it from the OS. Look in the FAQ forum on how load OSs on your BB. It requires a PC and Desktop Manager.

just reload it using the DM app loader.

Its not in the DM app Loader. Its not on the storm. Its gone.

i have same problem and have had it since I installed the cracked .85. Today I installed .86 and still no docs to go. The only thing on their website appears to be the premium edition- but I only want the standard one. If anyone has any info on how to recover it or redownload the standard- please advise!

just figured out a fix.

connect storm to dm.

turn off network connection on computer.

click on app loader

click on left choice- add/remove programs

should be on list docs to go...

then install as usual.
