The first thing I did was install my Blackberry Software, and then when I tried to install the software on the Verizon CD on my computer it said that I had a more updated version of the software on my computer and I needed to downgrade. At that point, I took it out.
Do I need this now, or not? I just want to get the thing working before I start worrying about downloading music and stuff. This is my first smartphone, so I am moving very slowly.
I talked to Verizon CS this morning and they said they sent out an advisory to every store telling them to explain to people NOT to use the enclosed DVD.. that it actually DOWNGRADES your OS software.
