I just received my Storm today and I let the battery run until it died completely, and then I plugged it in to give it a full charge.

Only after I started charging, I read in the booklet that I was supposed to charge the phone immediately, before even turning on the phone for the first time.

Now, the phone has been plugged in for 4 hours now.. and the battery has been stuck on 95% for at least 1 hour.

Did I screw up my battery?

Nope. It's fine. Let it go. First charge should be a long one.

no you didnt screw up your battery...its a bug in the phone where it will continue to says it charging after 2,3,4 even 10 hours...

its ******* ANNOYING to be honest with you...
