I followed the instructions to back up 3rd party apps in another thread. I checked only the box for 3rd party apps. I am getting the following error: "A fatal error has occurred while updating your device's software. Please try again."

I do not have the box checked to update the software on my device. Trying again does not do anything differently.

Any help?

Having same problem after upgrade. Worked fine before.
