    tried to import palm contacts through the device switch wizard
    freezes up @ +400 contacts no matter what
    any ideas ?

    You other choice would be to use ActiveSync to sync your contacts to Outlook, and then use DM to sync your Storm to Outlook.

    I'm not sure why DM is freezing up using the Device Switch Wizard, but this would be another option for you.

    read similair ideas before
    I use airset to backup / link my palm desktop on line
    would obviously prefer not to add another step to the sync process
