    Just wanted to know, this is the 4th time I have upgraded my OS on my device, and each and every time, I do a back up of the device and then a restore.

    Each and every time, even though it has reinstalled all applications, NONE of the settings OR Account information have been saved...

    Is this normal ?
    Am I missing something ?

    It's normal. Every time I upgrade, I have to re-enter my Viigo acct info. Nothing out of the ordinary.
