I thought it would be helpful to send RIM a list of recommended upgrades to their Desktop Manager program to help many of their new BB users. Let me start with a few. Please add your own ideas also!
1) Provide a means of viewing your data (contacts, calendar, etc) directly from DM so that you can easily edit them on your PC.
2) Provide an error log with the Backup Function so that if you hit an error during Backup, you can find out the specific reason and fix it.
3) Provide summary statistics of your phone's properties (memory, software, versions, etc)
