I had my Curve that I was able to sync all my contacts and such. Then when i got my Bold, I uninstalled the previous version and installed the latest and for the life of me, I couldnt get Desktop Manager to sync. I would always get an error message "Unknown error reported"...So I moved on and dealt with it.
So I now installed DM 4.7 and tried syncing my Storm and I get the SAME message. Any ideas? This is driving me nuts.
man I'm with you you but i don't get an error instead when i try to sync outlook i get this thing saying "cannot locate folder" or something of that sort. I tried to go into synchronize options and click the map folder to find it but it always freezes at that point. Nobody seems to know why and I can't get any help at all.
