SO my storm was working MOSTLY fine...then I got an email from a friend of mine. When I went to reply, I got a notice stating that there was no email address associated with this BB (or some such nonsense). So I RE-Registered it & RE-sent Service Books...pulled the battery...and my Storm is now DEAD?

The screen shows a battery w/ a red line thru it...the battery was at an 80-90% charge prior to that...

any advice is better than what I've got now...which is nada...

Charge the phone with the wall charger and let it sit for like two hours then try again. Might just be a battery problem.

Didn't do nada (cept call VZ tech support). While I was on hold I put the battery (which had been sitting out for about 5 mins) back in, and it fired right up...like taking yer car to the mechanic cuz it's making a noise...
