They can't make you leave if you're waiting for a legitamate reason and not causing problems. She probably thinks you're some homeless person. agreed I think that she thinks your loitering in which case they could tell you to get out. On another note everyother thing that has come out xbox ps3 etc that made huge lines the cops didn't come get those people out of there.

The only way you're going to jail is if when the cops show up, you tell them that you're camping out waiting for the 3rd moon to raise the dead cat from the storm sewer on the street.
