Officially the latest OS is .75, unofficially it's .109.
you are correct. .75 is the current "official" OS. There are many OS's that have been "leaked" beta's that have surfaced on the internet. .109 being the last known leak. Hope this explains it.
.75 is the only version that has been verified officially by Verizon Wireless anything else is a "leak"
