I have 2 video's that run on my PC with the upper and lower black bars. Should I assume that is the way they'll run on my 9530? I used the BB Roxio Media Manager to download them? Or is there a workaround?
When I run the videos on my Storm the controls, stop, pause etc do not appear unless I hit one of the 4 keys and esc back to the video. Hitting the screen does nothing. Is this the way it should work?
I've had my Storm for 2 weeks and thanks to the info from here it's performing well except for the Camera shot lag issue. I called Verizon and they are sending me a replacement but from what I read here it will probably take a software fix.
