    I have been using a storm 9530 for the past year and a half and have never had an issue with contacts syncing. All of the sudden I cannot get newly added contacts (in Outlook) to sync (always wirelessly). To my knowledge nothing has changed. We do use BES at my place of employment, but the IT administrator said nothing has been changed on that end?
