I got a new bb. I restored everything from a backup. When I activated exchange via enterprise activation it doubled my contacts. Is there a way to delete JUST the original contacts and leave the enterprise ones?

If you are on enterprise, you should have just done Device Switch wizard in DM, it does it correctly. If you are on wireless sync BES, make sure you have "desktop wins" on wireless sync, then delete all your contacts and reboot. They should come back from the BES. But check to make sure they are not duplicated in Outlook also.
