Constantly restarting?

Does anyone else have the problem where if you use the internet for anymore than five minutes the device just turns off and reboots? After it reboots either it has 0% battery and the radio is turned off or it just keeps rebooting and rebooting.

While this does happen at other times it mostly happens while browsing the interwebs. Any solutions to this problem?

My wife had a problem with reboots. Mainly while playing online games. Swapped her battery with a spare I had and no more random reboots
