I know its only been a couple days on .591 for me, but battery life is definitely a bit worse than the full .484 Java on the .419 platform. If it works a little better I'll compromise but hopefully another 9500/9530 leak comes out for a full Java folder swap.

My battery died pretty fast last night too, but I'm not blaming it on .591 just yet. I'm sure Lyr will come out with the .591/.643 hybrid soon.

I loaded 591 and didn't have any battery issues.
I loaded 643 / 591 hybrid at 10:00 am est and am currently at 90% with many emails, BBM msgs and heavy browser usage.

Enjoying life once again. Thanks for the hybrid again as well as the leaks.

Mine is dropping fast but I am using it abnormally the last few days so I don't know if it is the OS. I am suspicious that when I try and run slacker it kills the battery trying ro connect and failing. Gonna stay off that for a few days and see.

The only issues that I have with the battery is when rebooting with meterberry. It says i drop between -15 to -28 on every startup lol

I noticed a huge battery drain on this OS. I removed my apps one at a time to see if I could isolate it. When I removed Meterberry the battery life improved tremendously! I am now running without Meterberry and getting 2-3X the battery life.
