So I was updating my Storm 2 software today and something got messed up so I had to reload the operating system and now there no City ID on my blackberry. I tried using DM by going to applications but it was not there.

Does anyone know what to do?

I also just noticed all of my games are gone as well, the pre-loaded ones.

Did you use Shrink and OS and shrink all that out? If you did thats why its gone.

If not, then maybe your service books are not right, because those icons are normally just links to a site where your blackberry downloads the actual app from Verizon.

I don't believe I used ShrinkAOS. I plugged my storm 2 in this morning, said there was an update, and then somehow it got messed up while updating so I reinstalled the OS and now I have no games/city id. I still don't know how to go about getting them back?

You will need to install those with dm
