My 1st BB. Used Dopod/HTC, Treo and Samsung before this. Researched for months before getting one. Love it now running .109. Everyone at work says how cool it looks in person, even iphone users. It starts to lag towards the end of the day, nothing Quickpull can't fix, I'm sure. Haven't had to do that yet.
May not be the best phone out there but definitely the best phone I've ever had and totally love it!!
I agree with others when I first got the phone I was ready to throw it out the car and come back and run it over again, but after the new .114 hybrid this phone is hands down better than any other.
I really like my storm but to say it works perfectly is a far stretch. My old curve still is the most reliable phone i've ever had but I'm sticking with the storm!

:) I switched from a treo to a pearl and now to the storm and it is by far the best phone i've had and the most versatile. it does everything i want including web browsing, a screen big enough to read books on i have full length movies on it that come out picture perfect, excellent sound, and enjoyable apps. I'm still working off of .75 and i find the typing fast with only a little lag sometimes. Quickpull is a great app to reduce battery pulls I just schedule one for when i'm charging overall. A great phone and can't wait for the next official update.
Definately the best phone I have ever had. Also one of the best communities, which makes having the Storm that much better.
This is the most enjoyable phone I've had!
I love it. Perfect? No, nothing in this world is.
Heidi Klum comes pretty close though.

Defo best phone to date but then most new phones have more bells and whistles than your last one.
Shame the battery life doesn't actually let you use them when your away from home!
I haven't updated any leaked OSs or anything
haven't had any problems
I LOVE MY STORM! :)
This is my first blackberry and I'm loving it - still on .78 and have no real problems whatsoever

Don't have alot of experience with smart phones, this Storm is my first. So far I love it.

Best Phone Ever and I have had almost every phone out there!! I have an addiction to buying new phones and I dont see myself getting tired of this one.
my storm is the best phone I have ever had.
Came off of a Nokia N95 to get the Storm:
N95
No download size limit bar available storage memory (would use the card to store whilst downloading as well - once did a 56 mb file) - this, in conjunction with the 20gb Fotochute, meant no PC necessary for getting new media - you just couldn't compress the files to make better use of the memory
Bluetooth keyboard compatible - worked great, especially with TV out function
Flash Lite
But awful battery life - 1 hour of web browsing and that was it.
Storm
None of the above, but:
SureType, once used to it, way faster than 1-9 pad
Far more reliable with a full memory card (had to keep 400 mb free, otherwise the N95 rebooted on a constant loop)
Screen larger and clearer
Didn't have to pay out for an upgrade to be able to edit office docs
The main issue with the Storm is that the bluetooth keyboard I bought doesn't work with it, but then again, once I found that out, it didn't bother me like I thought it would. With the N95, it was all of the external items that helped make it - the keyboard and TV out helped me start my quest to find the ultimate portable computer (which I believe the smartphone can be).
Ultimately, bar the download limit, the Storm does a better job, because it's self contained, with better battery life, and it's far more size efficient. Whilst I can argue a case for the N95 being a handy bit of kit, at the same time, it also needs the keyboard for that argument. The Storm does everything that I want it to, bar a couple of things that could be solved by software.
The Storm is the best device I've ever had, never mind phone (I got the N95 the same day as a 360, and was more impressed by the N95 - likewise I played with the Storm for about two weeks instead of playing any games). The screen is gorgeous to look at, and there's a tactile aspect to it that helps make it even more addictive.
Best phone ever? Based on spec, I would have to say that I would give that to the Bold, in all honesty.
Storming is the best!!!:D
I actually have been helping a friend with a new phone selection and I am pretty sure he is going with the Storm, based off his experience in playing with mine.
Even with the bugs and OS issues, it is still a device I would recommend for someone looking at smartphones.
