I use my phone in vibrate only quite often and it has a double buzz when I get a new message in messenger. Is there anyway to make this a single vibration?

go to "message alerts" select the one you want and change the vibration to single instead of double..

easy enough

I did that, but for SMS its set to one, but it still does a double, even after a battery pull.

i have the same problem, it works if you have it on any other setting then vibrate, but as soon as i vib only it's giving me 2 buzzes,

yea i've tried this as well, no luck. I've been trying it since BBCM's Hybrid v7

i went in and changed everything to custom, in and out, and set the vibrate on 1 but it's still giving me 2 buzzes, but if i turn the ringer to loud, it's working like i set it, also i put sms to 2 short vibrates works fine when ringer is on, but gives me 2 medium buzzes in vibrate
