I can not take pic (of any size) and send it via MMS.

When someone sends me a pic I get a message to log onto vzwpix.com...blah, blah, blah

What gives? I have a data plan, have done soft resets, and checked every setting known to this forum.

I cannot however resend my service books based on going into advanced options hitting menu key...the resend option is not there?

Any suggestions?

you need to resent service books from a computer, log into your BIS account and send service books. mms is a service book. resend service book from your phone requires that you have the service books on your phone to begin with. kind of a "which came first, the chicken or the egg" situation. but the BIS website can fix it for you.
