VZW storm with 114 hybrid. 1st call out is OK, 2nd call out: phone screen says it is connected, but phone makes a loud high-low siren sound for a few seconds (sounds something like a European police siren in old movies) and never connects to the 2nd phone. Stopped at VZW and Flextronics equipment specialist tried with same result. Did battery pull, removed stormlock, switched from appleberry to VZW theme. Any ideas? Our other VZW phones can make 3-way calls so it's not the account.
