Had a thread running in here but it was moved to bluetooth. Anyway, I'm having a lot of trouble installing an OS. I had no issues doing hybrids before, but now that I'm on .607 I can't for the life of me get my phone to take a hybrid. When I try to install an OS, I have gotten a few weird messages from loader.exe or whatever i've used to try to load an OS (DM, BBSAK)... currently the attached photo is what I am struggling with.

1) Right click on the loader and choose run as admin.
2) Delete vendor.xml file
3) If no vendor file is found, do an advanced search for a vendor.xml file.

I forgot to add the bit about running in admin - thanks Mike
And to make running in admin permanent, right click on loader.exe and go to properties, once there click on compatibility tab and at the bottom will be a checkbox for run as administrator; check that, click apply and ok.
This way you won't have to always right click to run as administrator anytime you run loader.exe.
