My laptop won't install .103, it says "a later version already is installed" The only other version I have installed on the laptop is .100...any thoughts?

uninstall 100, restart pc, install 103, and try again

when i try to install the .exe file, a black litlte box comes up real quick then goes away.... anyone know whats going on?

Try deleting the vendor.xml file and loading the app loader by itself instead of through DM.

They both can be found in the following location.
C:/Program Files/Common Files/Research In Motion/AppLoader/Loader.exe

follow steps 1-3, then use alternate 4. you might have to resart both phone and pc to get it to load.

That is your command box. that is normal.

I've done many OS upgrades for myself and a few for family as well...this is a first. I will delete all OS's and reboot the laptop and see what happens.

It could have gotten corrupted during downloading. maybe try and redownloading it.
