I have a data plan on my 9530 for att....I do not have a browser anywhere to be found on my phone, and I tried the step by step to get your browser working...I have found that to not work either what could be the problem?

nope not hidden...there is just no browser...i dunno what the problem is. i did the walk through twice....is there any way i can clear it and start the tutorial over
