Has anybody had an issue where they can't scroll while in the browser? I'm trying to download Weatherbug, but the page won't scroll left/right at all. I can scroll up/down just fine, but the page is cut off in the middle, making it impossible to get to the download button.

I just downloaded the weatherbug and it took me some time to get the OTA link, but i found it in the middle of the page:

The WB site is formatted differently, just use the OTA thread.

I ended up getting it to work with Opera, but thanks for the help.
