    Ota is not working, and when i try to do it on BB.com says I cannot update my software using this system as your device is currently activated on BB enterprise server or BB professional software. what Do I do? Thanks!!

    i know there are a bunch of threads on this already with a bunch of other suggestions, but this is what i had to do.

    first, i am on a BES so i removed myself from there. then i wiped my device since everything i care about (calendar, contacts, messages) are stored on the server. once i did that i went to blackberry.com/update and ran the update. 22 minutes later my phone was running. Readded myself to the BES, which went smoothly and set up everything back to the way I had it before. I'm liking .148 so far. Anyways, try that or another suggestion from someone here. Good luck!
