I am using the 328 OS.
This weekend I was feeling that I could use my BB for more than I was. So, I loaded on a few different apps. They really didn't do anything for me, so I removed them. No problem...Today, my phone was not showing phone numbers in the caller ID. Then when speed dialing, the number was there, but the person's name was gone. I went into my contact list and they were all gone!!!!! I tried to restore through the desktop manager with no luck. I finally found them within the Verizon backup assistant. All is well with that problem, but now I have multiple copies of email messages. I can delete one of the copies, but not the other. These messages are not saved. I tried a battery pull. I am lost. Please help before I lose it.
