I can't create a new contact in contacts. I am an advanced user. I have checked the menu options many times in Contacts. Any help is appreciated. I attached a screenshot.

Just hit the "new contact" button on the bottom.

Should look like this

Keyboard | New Contact | Delete | /\ | \/

I see what you are doing. You are pressing call (green telephone) then clicking the contacts tab. I don't know how to add a contact that way. If you hit the BB menu button, then click contacts, you can add contacts that way.

DUH!!!! BRAIN FART. Thanks guys. You would think that would be an option in the contacts under the phone as well....

So I guess you can Dial the phone number in, don't hit Send, just hit the BB Menu button and select add to contacts.
