    wiped my phone yesterday and then reinstalled os, but cant seem to change any of the ring tones or preview them.

    mp3 player works fine though.

    Anyone else ever experienced this.

    i had the same issue yesterday after updating to bbc's latest hybrid, a battery pull took care of it

    this also happens with 5.0.0.140. when this happens, the volume control of the music player also would not respond.

    Battery pull did not work me either....OS version 4.7.0.148..official verizon release. Wiped and installed a few days ago.

    any help would be great!

    well I can upgrade to the .48 for whatever reason, the DM says I am at the latest.

    But I did downgrade the OS to the one below .41 and I all sound functionalty comes back if I upgrade to .41 I lose it.
