    i can't backup my storm to my DM, i'm running .148/5.0 hybrid, is there anything i can do?

    It happen to me. Check in your PC if your antivirus is running in background. That is the reason.

    Try clearing the BB browser cache (browser, menu button, options, cache operations)

    What happens when you try to backup? Does DM see the phone? Have you tried both a battery pull on the phone as well as a re-boot for the PC?

    I had to uncheck backup onboard memory and clear browser cache and urls to backup...now it works fine.

    hey guys i always get to browser options and it errors out. I unchecked backup onbard memory and it still didn't work.

    Did you ever go to the Advanced tab in DM and clear the Bowser Cache?

    Didn't work. I'm tempted to downgrade to .148 only, and call it a day.
