i have tried everything from clearing my browser to deleting saved web pages and even restarting my computer.
but no matter what i do my bb 9530 running .103 gets stuck doing a backup
it gets stuck on the end of ''wtls options''
please assistance:confused::confused:
i have also had problems backing up in the past even after clearing my browser. not sure if this is your problem, but i always go back a few days in both email and SMS, hit the BB Menu and hit "delete prior." always works like a charm.
but then again, my backup usually got hung up on "messages," so this might not help.
Try doing an advance backup from DM. This way you can backup your database one by one until you find the one that is causing the problem.

Im tying to upgrade to .106. but im running into a problem while backing up. while trying to back up my Storm it gets to about half way through the backup process then it says error backing up database(s). The transfer in progress is Auto Text Data version. Anyone know what i need to do to fix this issue. I have already tried clearing my browser. Thanks
