    when i launch vcast/rhapsody and click to listen to a sample song, it says it is playing the sample, but i cannot hear it.

    but when i go to watch and listen to the preloaded movie trailer babylon ad i can hear it.

    i also can hear the sample song loaded on the device.

    is there a place to activate the sound to where i can hear samples on vcast/rhapsody?

    now it says "error loading preview"

    why cant i listen to samples on vcast music on my storm?

    I had the same prob. Try removing the USB cable from the Storm then try again. Hope that works for ya!

    I have had the same problem. I re installed vcast and it worked.
