    Whenever I go to email settings I just get an error message telling me "your device had a problem connecting to the server." Clicking cancel does not help me.

    Please, help me!

    Also getting the error message:

    "your device does not currently have any browser configuration service book entries."

    Uhhhh, what?

    Go to Options> Advanced Options> Host Routing Table> Press BB Key and click Register Now.

    Also try logging into the BIS site and doing the changes from there.
