    When i have my device plugged into the computer, and use the DM, to back it up, it gets to the end and says, unable to backup databases, and then shuts down with no back up file what-so-ever, it has been this way for a week, and i would like to be able to back it up.

    If anyone has any ideas aside from the remove and reinstall then that would be appreciated, since i have removed and reinstalled the DM 3 times now.

    1st off, have you cleared all browser cache?

    My wife is having a similar problem, it won't back up or sync. Clear the devise browser?

    ^ yes, delete all of the history,cache, cookies and stuff...that usually resolves this issue.

    Open browser, press menu, options, cache options, and clear all.

    Thanks for the help, you saved me a ton of time. I can only imagine how long it would have taken me to get someone from Verizon tech support who knew what the fix was. Thanks again.
