Since the update pretty much wiped my phone I've been having to reinstall everything and when I started doing my apps it wants .alx or .ali files?!?!

I think with BBSAK 1.6 when you backup apps or reload them it creates the .alx file. I haven't used in in a while so I can't remember but try it anyway.
