Now when i have people call me from my contact list there name shows up fine but anybody thats not in my contact list there name never shows up?like my foreman called my house with caller id his named showed but when he called my storm it just showed his number?do i have to change something in otions or something?Any suggestions would be a great help--thanks

I don't think there's anything you need to or can change, that's just the way Caller ID works on BlackBerries. At least, it's the way my Verizon 8830 works. There are apps that can give you the Caller's city and state from the area code.

Caller id on ALL cell phones is currently address book based. This means all you get on caller id is the number. The association comes from the phone.
