Hye guys, new here. but I would like to share an issue i;m having with my storm.

My called ID works on and off. All numbers are in my contact list. Verizon reset the service on there end. Am i missing something? Do the numbers have to be entered in a specific way? Any help would be appreciated.

What do you mean entered in a specific way? If they're in your phone book, then the name should show up. If not, then the phone number would appear.

If you are talking about when the screen is locked and you receive a call you only see the phone #?


if so do the following:

Goto options -> Security Options - > General Settings. and set "Include Contacts" to NO.

I had the same problem with my Caller ID when my phone locked it only showed the number.. After changing this option Names are appearing as well..
