Is there a way to display upcomming appointments on my screen so that I dont have to go look in the calander? Thanks for your time.

I dont know of any!!! I would think once they come out with new themes they will have a today theme that would allow calender appointment to show.

You can head over to the apps subforum, and in the OTA apps thread, there's the program Got 2. It reads data from the calendar and todo apps, then puts them all into a central location that you can look at. It's a free app too, the only catch is there's a bit of an ad you have to look at when you want to close the app. It's a minor annoyance really.

my Treo had this and this feature should DEF be included with the phone!!!

it's nice to take a peek at home screen you know if you have a "task" or IM, or email, or txt message.

tasks and to do's should be on that home screen

Does reminder alerts do it for you? it is on the options.
