I got a brand new Storm2 a few days ago. Everything was fine, never dropped it. After 3 days, the lock/mute button began to separate. Along the top near the bezel, you could see 2 clear-looking tabs.
I tried pushing it back together, but it would not stay. So I pulled very gently to see if the tabs were mis-aligned, and the silver tabs popped all the way out and the buttons were almost coming off.
They snapped back in, but they have this gap with the tabs still showing...
