Since the fix of MMS picture attachment, I realized that you can downgrade certain parts of an OS to gain functionaliy, so that leaves me to wonder if you could build an OS to your liking. for example, I would LOVE to have an OS that included...

.65's transitions graphics from portrait to landscape
.103's Overall speed
.75's Quick delete when you hold down the delete key
.86's MMS file (for obvious reasons)
.103's Full portrait keyboard
.103's Transparent bar in camera and video
.109's Reappearance of the "0" key in call options/voicemail/full keyboard
.99's Green "Go" key (it just grew on me lol)

Anyone out there think they can compile a version like this?

An OS is nothing more then a bunch of cod files. You can mix and match to create what ever you want.

That doesn't mean it's always going to work though. Things get added / removed all the time. So for example if something was added to the camera in .109 and you were running .75 cameras then your phone would crash / lock up because that feature wont exist.

That's a really dumbed down version of what I'm trying to say, but I hope it makes sense.

lol well you could try, and see, hey then it would be called a BETA lol.
If I had the experience I would try.
BTW no one would have ever found the MMS fix if this exact feet wasnt tried.
