As you have already said, they are both the same app. They both offer a timed and nontimed mode. Bubble Wrap has a 60 second time limit and a highscore board on the device and online. Bubble Bust has 3 different difficulty levels that you can set how long each lasts. There is a free trial offered for both apps, try them and see which one you like best. I have bubble wrap on my device since I like dmg's apps.
