    I needed to reinstall my BBM to get rid of the device error bug

    i backed up my BB deleted BBM, reinstalled BBM and then restored my BB

    but now my browser icon is gone

    When i click my CB launcher i get

    "Your device does not currently have any browser configuration service book entries. Pleast contact your service provider to enable the browser on your device."

    im trying to avoid calling verizon caz they are 80% of the time ********... any ideas?

    This happened to me when I went from 0.75 to 0.85. The same error message and all. I just used SoftReset and when it came back the Browser icon was back and I was no longer getting the error pop up. Everything worked fine.

    Try resending your service books - this happened to me when I originally switched to the storm and also when i updated to .85.

    Options - Mobile Network - Scroll to Mobile Network, click and Start Provisioning

    That should work and also Resend your service books
