    Hi there. So when I type a web address into the browser bar, I get the following error message:

    "Unable to connect to the selected Mobile Data Service, please try again later. If the problem persists please contact your administrator."

    If I select a website from my bookmarks, it connects no problem, but entering an address in the top I get the error.

    This has been happening for the past day or so.

    Any ideas? Help!!

    Of course you have tried a battery pull? If not do so now! Also you might try registering the device with the network. Go to options then advanced options, then host routing table, then press the blackberry button and select register. If that don't work next you might try resending your service books from the RIM BIS site.

    Multiple battery pulls, of course... and I did register per your suggestions.

    Would you think contacting my IT department might help or is this a Verizon problem?
