Thank u for the explanation. I will give it a try and see if that works. Does this solve the 2-way reconcile as well? I.e. Email read on my BB would show as read on web as well (like yahoo)?

It's only one-way reconcile actually. If you read an email on the bb it will show as read on the web. But if you read an email on the web it won't show as read on the bb.
