I currently have the option to get the Storm 2 or the Bold 9650 (Tour 2).
i want to know which phone is better moving forward.
I dont do anything extra with my phone, I am just an "average" smartphone user.
So I need to know which phone to get, and why?

I don't think you can go wrong with either phone to be honest.
It all comes down to how confident you are with a touch screen keypad compared with a physical keypad.
Both have a slight advantage over the other. One is obviously easier to text and e-mail on (especially longer messages) whereas the other is better for viewing pictures and videos.
I had the Storm 2 for a few months and loved it, I just ended up getting the Bold because i was faster at typing on it and found it a bit easier.
That being said I do miss the bigger display and I am tempted to go back to the Storm 2 and try get better at the virtual keypad, perhaps I gave up on it too soon.
