    Tethering with a cable is fine. I went to the device manager and made sure to install the drivers for the phone.

    VZ manager recognized the Storm. It says that it's connected to the internet, but neither the browser nor Outlook work.

    Yeh I have not been able to get mine to bluetooth either. I was on the phone with verizon for over an hour one day and just gave up. I wish I could figure it out as well.
