So I was using my storm when all of a sudden the screen went black and refused to restart. The red LED's in the upper right hand corner blink three times then pause then blink three times. It does this over and over until the battery is dead. I attempted the Bricked Storm instructions and even get to the point where the Loader waits for the the Storm to respond. It never responds.
Is my storm beyond software repair? If it is, how do I find out if my storm is still under warranty. FYI I use T-Mobile so its not like I can contact Verizon for that information.
Mine was doing that this past weekend because the battery was dead and my travel charger was a POS. Once I got a decent charger, it put a charge back on the battery and it was fine.
Hopefully you have the same issue and not a dead phone like I thought I had.
