    I have a question.

I work for a company and we have a BES server.

I have an employee that just got a Blackberry Storm through Verizon. When I do the Enterprise Activation everything sets up correctly, no errors.

Everything syncs but his Outlook calendar.

I removed the battery and tried , I wiped the handheld and tried.

I even had his account deleted from BES and re-added.

    All with the same result.

Any suggesstions on how to get the calendar to sync.

This might be a dumb question, but sometimes the difficult answers are found in the simple questions...

Is the calendar option (on the Storm) set to "wireless sync = ON" ?

Just a thought from a fellow BES admin...

I do not have a storm of my own to tell you where to look, by the way. ;-)

Yes it is set to on.

I changed it to off. Removed the battery reset the device.

Changed it back to off and reset.

    Still the same thing.

BES is set to default to sync the calendar.

The option on the Blackberry says to sync the calendar.

This is his default Outlook Calendar.

I can't even tell you how many hundreds of Blackberry's I have activated. This is the first that won't sync the calendar.

If I activate his account on my Blackberry I still get no calendar. If I activate my account on his Storm I get my calendar.

So I am assuming it is something with the BES account or more likely something with Outlook.
