Not gonna happen from the research I've done.
Not enough horsepower under the hood. Not enough bandwidth without wifi.

I thought Skyfire was working on a Beta for Blackberry. I know it's not for the Storm yet but it shouldn't be too far behind. SkyFire Alpha 2 Delivered To Testers | CrackBerry.com

Ya, but who knows if skyfire is being worked on for the storm? I know it is reasonable, but until skyfire comes out and says it will be for storm, I m not going to get my hopes up. We have been let down on bigger things we thought were for sure going to happen.

Well it is for sure happening for the BlackBerry. They have already entered Alpha phase 2 on the Berry release. Is it coming for storm? I can't be sure but maybe we could get it to run in compatibility mode until the storm version comes out. If anything, it proves that the Java-based BlackBerry can truly have flash and silverlight support.

Its not flash support, its converting flash by sending the data to their servers, converting, and transmitting it back to your storm in a compatible format...

so no...it doesnt make the blackberry "support flash" for real.

It has nothing to do with "horsepower under the hood"..... The problem is, a Flash player isn't a good fit with the underlying Java OS.

Isn't skyfire coming to blackberry phones? Eventually it'll have to come to the storm.
