I read in the comments true press.
Question to any who cares to.
Does it look as thought the screen might be wider?
If not longer.....
What exactly is true press?

This is the best I found so far
BlackBerry Storm Redux: Wi-Fi, “TruePress” Screen Coming to VZW Storm in Sept? | CIO - Blogs and Discussion
well it might be referring to the new tactile tap sensor that one of my sources at RIM was talking bout, they have eliminated the one button click
looks cool, think it's better than Curve?
oh...so its got an iphone type screen?
The click screen was the dumbest concept ever, kind of touch screen oxymoron. Hopefully it drops with 5m
.0 and the pictures look to be gsm with wifi

Looking forward to gen 2....
I didn't mind the click screen.. liked it a lot actually.
Blackberry Storm 2 due in September, has WiFi - SlashGear
Jim Balsillie himself confirmed it as well in an investor meeting a few months back.
I actually hope this packs a click screen, i like it much better than just touch screens where u have a 50/50 chance you think you are going to hit something right.
Not necessarily true about being more accurate due to the clickable screen, maybe you haven't tried a regular touchscreen with haptic feedback. And to be honest the iphone has the most reliable touchscreen except for typing due to the size of the keyboard. That they need to revamp or make a landscape keyboard mode.
So no slide out keyboard on the Storm 2?? That's good news for us otterbox fans. :)
I hope that this phone has more memory. Also do you think they'll sell the storm 1 alongside the storm 2? For those who like the clickscreen?

Yeah engadget has confirmed through there source the click screen is gone.
I cant help but think that RIM has something else under their sleeve though. That TruePress sounds more promising after developing the SurePress. Maybe they've got a new innovation that we've yet to discover??
Thanks, this helps!

i agree, it does look like it...
Nice how RIM forced the pictures to be pulled.
Engadget hasn't pulled them, I wonder if Crackberry feels the heat a bit hotter given their proximity and the focus on the Blackberry world. Sometimes the mfg forget if it wasn't for sites like CrackBerry who would actually know anything was coming or release at all.
Very true they definitely want to keep Crackberry.com happy because they are a major marketing force from them.
On the other hand, impending news of a Storm 2 release doesn't really help Storm 1 sales.
No physical keyboard, I can't freak wit it.
had the curve 8330... love the storm 2..... had to get use no physical keyboard but you get use to it quickly
